More missing soldiers and officers found - Army
The Nigerian Army reported that some of its troops that disappeared after a snare by Boko Haram, have been found.
Around 19 fighters and officers were lost without a trace after they were trapped by Boko Haram activist on their way again from a freedom operation at Guro Gongon town on Wednesday, July twentieth.
Armed force representative, Colonel Sani Usman, in an announcement on Saturday said deliberate endeavors were started to look for and salvage the officers. The measures incorporate the utilization of air resources, Special Forces and watches.
"We wish to educate you that the hunt party has toward the beginning of today discovered 5 more officers and troopers that were pronounced long gone, including the unit's Commanding Officer. In spite of the fact that they are in a steady condition, have been moved to our Medical offices for medicinal consideration"
