EKITI-NL
An Ekiti State High Court sitting in Ijero-Ekiti has issued a warrant of arrest against APC Chairman in the state, Olajide Awe and three others to answer the charge of homicide recorded against them by the Ekiti state government.

The three different persons needed in court are Faboro John Ojo, Aniramu Basiru and Falayi Busuyi.

They are being encouraged to shield themselves against affirmed complicity in the homicide of Ayo Jeje and Mrs. Juliana Adewumi in Erijiyan Ekiti on March 30, 2013.

Yet, Awe, who affirmed his guiltlessness in the asserted executing, said the charge was politically spurred and brought against him and kindred APC individuals by the PDP-drove state government to hush them and remove them from flow.

He said the case had before been struck out by the court when no at first sight body of evidence was built up against him and other denounced persons.

Equity Bamidele Omotoso, who conceded the request on July 25, said Awe and other blamed persons must be delivered in court by the Police on October 5, 2016, when the case comes up for hearing
