Man moves into his new home and finds a dead man in the bedroom
Police in southern California say another mortgage holder made a horrifying disclosure in the home he as of late acquired. The new mortgage holder found the body of the previous property holder's beau 84 year former sweetheart.
The unidentified purchaser had acquired the Simi Valley home for $430,000 on June 22 from the past proprietors, Mary Karacas, 75, and her beau Salvatore Orefice, 84 and the couple had 30 days to move out of the home.
Yet, when the new mortgage holders went to their new home on Sunday, they discovered Orefice dead in the room, lying on an overnight boardinghouse. They quickly reached the police. The disclosure drove police to capture Karacas, who supposedly admitted to murdering Orefice.
The 75 year old lady said she had gotten into a squabble with her sweetheart, and she shot him.
The Police wasn't certain to what extent Orefice had been dead however they captured Karacas on suspicion of homicide.
